Compact pontoon boats are ideally suited for lakes that only allow electric propulsion. Electric outboards are limited in horsepower and will perform better on the smaller size and weight of a compact pontoon.

Tubes are precisely welded and sealed after checking with a plug that can also be used to drain the tube in case of condensation or damage. A Protective Keel Runs the Full Length Protective keel runs full length on tube bottom and leading edge of nose cone. It provides additional strength to the tube, protects against damage and aids in boat tracking. Nose Cone with Splash Guard Nose cone with integral splash guard eliminates the need for weld on fins that can bend or break. Robust design with leading edge keel. .080", 5052 H32 Aluminum Tubes are constructed with heavy gauge .080" aluminum protects against damage. Baffling at seams adds strength. Dual Saddle Brackets Each bracket is welded inside and out. Two brackets support each side of every cross channel with four contact points creating a well distributed and rigid attachment to each tube. Brackets are Aircraft Grade Aluminum Extruded style brackets made from 6063 T6 aircraft grade Aluminum are more uniform, harder and stronger than fabricated styles. They do not crease the material like formed brackets. 1/8" Cross Channels 1/8" Thick Extruded Cross Channels Made from 6063 T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum with Large Radius on Inside Corners. Channels are more uniform, harder and stronger than fabricated styles. Extra material on radius strengthens corners. NO formed angles that can weaken and stretch raw material. Cross channels are set on 24" centers (extra channels added to support motor mount).
